The Front Man is a wholly owned Tasmanian organisation specialising in meeting facilitation, corporate training, conference management, association management and was established in 2001. 

The Front Man is managed and operated by Robert Mallett, a Tasmanian entrepreneur, small business owner, communication trainer and association manager.

Robert Mallett’s experience includes twenty years as a retail store owner and operator with a high commitment to service to customers. 

He has also worked for the Tasmanian Public Service where he co-ordinated a significant portion of a national small business professional development programme which supported small business owners in their quest to seek knowledge and build their businesses.

At all levels, Robert Mallett has fostered his employees and co-workers encouraging a sense of ownership in personal and organisational outcomes and pride in the team.
